We (Chris & Elena) currently reside in Oshkosh, WI.
We made the decision in late April, 2013 to make a change in our lifestyle and eating habits. We just didn't feel right about our health and how we looked and felt about ourselves.
We did a lot of research and officially started our change on May 1st, 2013. Our plan has changed and evolved several times throughout our ongoing journey, and very well may keep changing to whatever suits our needs.
